I’ve just booked a wedding at the Montagu Arms in Beaulieu.

I’ve not shot a wedding there before although I’ve taken lots of photographs in Beaulieu as I love the area and live not far from it.

Really looking forward to this one although as it’s a February wedding I hope it’s not to cold!

Lizzie and Shaun have asked me to shoot their wedding photographs next year at the Southampton Hilton Hotel.

I’ve shot a few weddings there now and am looking forward to next September for this one.

I met with the lovely Lucy and Colin yesterday who have booked me for next August to photograph their wedding at the Southampton DeVere.

Hopefully the weather will be fine and we can get out the back to the old roman walls and get some shots their with the walls as a backdrop.

Association of Elite Photographers

I’ve just looked in my diary and seen that its soon going to be the ‘Xmas do’ for the Association of Elite Photographers.

The AEP is an invitation only group of professional photographers in Hampshire who meet once a month I share ideas and socialise.

I’ve been a member for 4 years now and look forward to our monthly meetings.

A plus note for couples that book a member is that should anything happen untoward and a member can’t shoot a wedding for whatever reason, one of the other members will step in to cover. This is a charter that we all agree and sign up to when we are invited to join.

Just another reason to ensure your photographer is a member.

I’m helping out at a photographer friends wedding this weekend and the long range forecast says it might snow.

I’m such a big kid with the snow so I hope it does!

Also makes for a very romantic wedding when it does. Brings a new meaning to the phrase white wedding.

It’s been a busy week, booked 5 weddings for next year this week.

Looks like next year will be very busy so hope it’s a sunny one!
